Qualification	Job Description Solution Architect MSS Network Integration-00028287  Description The Solution Architect will work directly with external customers and will support the Engagement Practices and other Competence Domains to define and provide technical solutions that enhance the customer`s competitive position. He/she plans, designs and deliver solutions that improve the customer network in terms of capacity, functionality, end-user-services, and competence built up etc. As Solution Architect you will be responsible for the following areas :  -  Analyse complex customer requirements and propose technical E2E solutions in new areas and domains, within the framework of Core 3 team activities, required to enhance customer`s competitive position.  - Specify and design an E2E technical and/or competence developing solution in co-operation with the customer. The solution often leads to further development and improvement of customers` organisation and processes.  -  Select or propose 3rd party suppliers/products for the Customer Solution. Is able to work with and manage customised solutions and products, including 3rd party products.  -  Provide the specified customised solutions, covering several domains and layers in the customer network. Products that are FOA are often included in the customer solution.  -   Drive changes in the methods, processes and guidelines within the customer organisation or internally. Also acts as a leader/mentor in day to day operations to provide insights for less experienced colleagues. -   Drive Add on Sales and business opportunities during the entire process in order to contribute to increased sales volumes. -   Follow up the delivered products and solutions on an agreed regular basis with the customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolvement of the implemented customer solution.   Qualifications Education Background : -   Master`s degree in engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent theoretical background acquired through experience and/or in any other way. Pertinent Experience :  -  Having significant relevant experience in the area of Solution Architect -  Candidates who passed certification in at least one Functional role at experienced level will be an advantage Technical Competence: -   Excellent in-depth understanding of CORE (mobile & wireline) and MSS solutions, but not limited, in the following areas:     Ø    Integrated Site Technology (IS)     Ø    MSS Technology (MSC-S BC, MSC Server, MGW, APG)     Ø    MSS Features (MSC in Pool, TFO/TrFO)     Ø    AXE     Ø    TSS Technology (IS Blade, IS MGW)     Ø    Very strong knowledge on MSS Core systems and its nodes integration, has very good skill to analyze the network impact of the offered MSS solution towards network implementation, has ability to assist project in defining the risk and managing it.     Ø   Signalling Systems such as: Sigtran, C7, ISUP, BICC, MAP, NSSAP, RANAP -   Excellent understanding of design, migration, integration, and network performance processes and methodologies. -   Excellent knowledge of Ericsson Core products and services. -   Proven technical capabilities with MSS commercial project deployment as an Experienced SA Design/Integration (Senior will be an added advantage) -   Strong MSS architecture design/integration capabilities and dimensioning principles. -   Excellent knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Radius, Diameter). Human Competence -   Track record as a Solution Architect in the area of CORE technology and/or operations. -   Be a team player and strong interpersonal skill -   Ability to work under pressure. -   Be enthusiastic and motivated -   Have strong customer relationship and customer focus and have effective presentation and communication skills -   Ability to travel within Country  Unit Indonesia  and occasional international travel -   Innovative mindset to spot new opportunities. -   Ability to persuade and mobilise internal/external resources to fulfill customer requirements in the design space. -   Ability to provide clear and concise reports/feedback to peers and management, adapting the style of communication appropriately to the audience/receivers. -   Solution thinker rather than problem identifier. -   Results oriented. -   Commercial and business awareness.
