Specifically Garuda Indonesia Management Trainee for Flight Operation Center covers: Classroom training airline business, global economic trend, brand revitalization, sales-marketing, business law, entrepreneurship and finance Classroom and on-the-job training of Flight Operation Center where the trainee will get Flight Operation skills and license, and it is one of the professions in airline industries which is acknowledged worldwide Job rotation to various units at Garuda Indonesia covering ground operation, safety, services, business strategy, commercial area Assignments at branch offices, where the trainee will be responsible not only to dispatch/release our flights and be in charge of all flight operation and service excellency in station/airport, but they might also be managing certain VVIP flights; explore, plan & develop station’s potential, enhance route profitability, with direct impact to the branch office’s revenue
